Matar Mushroom curry

Take a look at this Indian curry’s procedure of making:
- 2 packets mushrooms
- 250-gram matar
- 4 onions (finely chopped)
- 5 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- ½ inch ginger julienned
- 4 tomatoes (grated)
- ¾ tsp of turmeric powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp of kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt as required
- 4 tsp ghee
- 5-6 cashews
- Take a kadhai and heat the oil and add onions into it and sauté onions till golden brown.
- Add ginger and green chilly to it.
- Add kitchen king masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder garam masala and then add the tomatoes and wait till the mixture leaves oil.
- Add mushroom and matar to the sauce and add 2 cups of water.
- Close the lid and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes till the vegetables become tender.
- Garnish with coarsely ground cashews and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice or roti and see the smiles blossom on the faces!
